Product Overview
Keepingly is a digital platform designed to simplify home management for homeowners. It provides a centralized space to store property records, track maintenance tasks, and manage essential documents, helping homeowners stay organized and confident in managing their homes.
Problem Statement
The original Keepingly platform lacked a clear and user-friendly design, making it difficult for homeowners to easily manage their property records and documents. The company needed a redesign that would simplify navigation, modernize the interface, and create a more engaging and intuitive experience for homeowners.
My Role
I was responsible for redesigning the Keepingly platform to improve usability and visual clarity. My process involved reviewing the existing product, identifying pain points in the user experience, and researching design patterns for home management tools. I then created wireframes, refined user flows, and delivered a modernized interface that simplified navigation and enhanced overall usability for homeowners.
The Impact
The new website gave NexFund a professional digital presence that strengthened credibility with potential partners and clients. The dashboards streamlined interactions between investors, businesses, and administrators, reducing friction in funding processes and improving transparency. Together, these solutions created a more efficient and trustworthy platform for managing financial operations.
