Product Overview
Savanna Pay is a payment gateway integration designed to enable seamless payouts from SB Remit to recipient bank accounts across the Gimac network. The project focused on creating a clear and reliable user experience that allows users to send money directly to supported bank accounts, simplifying cross-platform transfers and improving the overall remittance flow.
Problem Statement
SB Remit users needed a reliable way to send money directly to recipient bank accounts supported by the Gimac network. However, the payout process required a seamless integration with the Savanna payment gateway while maintaining clarity, trust, and ease of use for users making transfers.
The challenge was to design an experience that simplified the bank payout flow, reduced potential friction during transactions, and ensured users could confidently send funds to supported accounts without confusion or unnecessary steps.
My Role
worked as the Product Designer on the Savanna Pay integration, responsible for designing the user experience and interface for the bank payout flow within SB Remit.
My responsibilities included:
Defining the user flow for sending funds to supported bank accounts
Designing the UI for key transaction screens
Ensuring the payout experience was clear, intuitive, and aligned with the existing SB Remit platform
Collaborating with the development team to ensure the designs were technically feasible and ready for implementation.
