Product Overview
Usercando is an AI-powered accountability and productivity platform designed to help users stay consistent with their goals through personalized guidance, reminders, and actionable insights.
The goal of this project was to redesign the Usercando website to clearly communicate the product’s value, improve usability, and guide users toward taking action with confidence.
Problem Statement
While Usercando offered a powerful AI-driven solution, the existing website did not clearly communicate:
What the product does at first glance
Who it is for
How it helps users stay accountable and productive
Key information was either unclear or overwhelming, which made it difficult for new visitors to quickly understand the value of the product or take the next step.
Project Goals
Clearly explain what Usercando is and how it works
Improve content hierarchy and readability
Build trust in the product and its AI capabilities
Guide users smoothly toward sign-up and engagement
Create a modern, scalable layout that supports future growth
My Role
As the sole designer, I led the redesign end-to-end, from understanding the product and users to defining structure, visual direction, and final UI.
My responsibilities included:
Content restructuring and information architecture
Wireframing key sections
UI and visual design
Improving usability and conversion flow
Design Direction
In contrast to the typically muted and conservative visual language used across many corporate and productivity websites, I intentionally chose a bold and colorful design direction for Usercando.
The goal was to help the brand stand out in a crowded market while making the product feel more energetic, approachable, and human. By using vibrant colors and strong visual contrast, the design breaks away from conventional corporate aesthetics and reinforces Usercando’s role as a motivating, AI-powered accountability partner rather than a cold or purely functional tool.
This approach allowed the website to feel modern, confident, and memorable, while still maintaining clarity, usability, and trust.
Final Outcome
The final redesign presents Usercando as a focused, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand productivity platform. The new layout improves clarity, strengthens the product narrative, and creates a smoother path from discovery to action.
